In all cases filed for divorce, legal separation, and annulment where there are minor children, the Family Court Commissioner makes an order requiring both parties to attend an approved program, up to 4 hours in length, regarding the effect of such action on their children. Children in Between Online is accepted throughout the state as an online parenting class. Our class is nationally recognized by some of the top experts in the field and has documented studies showing the positive effect taking the class has on parents and children.

The divorce/separation of one’s parents is a major event in the life of a child. Children in Between Online ensures that the accompanying stress is minimized, the long-term psychological burden is eased, and the whole process is made more understandable and manageable for the parents so that children will benefit.
No other class has validated and documented studies to show the positive results that Children in Between Online can produce. None of the other major advertised parenting classes do the research to prove the value of their class for the children.

"I like that you can listen to the videos and responses. It was easier to absorb the science behind dealing with confrontation."

"All of the communication skills are useful; for me the most important skills were self talk and reframing. Seeing the potential effects of conflict on children was important to me. I want my kids to be happy and to have a positive relationship with both of us."
