Pursuant to Minn. Stat.§ 518.157 enacted in 1998, parents involved in proceedings involving custody, support, or parenting time, the court has discretion to order the parents to attend an 8-Hour parent education program. Children in Between: High Conflict Solutions meets these requirements and can be taken online. Certificate of completion available immediately.
